Benchling is looking for a RevOps Systems Manager to own the company's GTM tech stack, set strategy, govern tools, and run execution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in RevOps/GTM Systems and a proven track record of owning Salesforce for a B2B SaaS sales org.
Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps/GTM Systems or Business Systems
- 3+ years owning Salesforce for a B2B SaaS sales org
- Proven roadmap ownership from strategy → requirements → build → launch → adoption at $50M–$500M+ ARR scale
- Deep hands-on with: Salesforce, forecasting, territory/routing, enrichment, sales engagement, CLM/CPQ, analytics, middleware
- Strong quote-to-cash and SKU discipline; understands approvals, pricing, billing handoffs, and marketplace motions
- Integration and data chops: schemas, IDs, sync cadence, error handling, and data quality frameworks
- Excellent program management: backlog triage, RAID logs, vendor management, and crisp status comms
- Governance mindset: intake, prioritization, change control, documentation, and enablement
- Ability to translate GTM strategy into systems design with measurable business outcomes
- Clear communicator across execs, admins, and end users. Low-ego, high-ownership operator
