We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Total Rewards & Operations Specialist to deliver and support the design of compensation, benefits, and retirement offerings, and to support HR operations to ensure they support our business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or college’s degree, preferably in business, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in benefits, retirement, and compensation—with direct exposure to supporting these programs in the US and Canada
- Experience working with global mobility considered a strong asset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop/update reports and modeling tools
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
