Consultant

Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to join our Bentley Infrastructure Cloud team as a SYNCHRO consultant. This role involves delivering training, consulting, configuration services and creating training content on Bentley’s Infrastructure Cloud applications.

Requirements

• Deliver consulting, configuration, and training services on Bentley’s construction management applications to existing and new software users.
• Provide transition support between versions of Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications.
• Configure Bentley Infrastructure Cloud applications to project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and benchmarks.
• Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.
• Collaborate with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user input.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and software users.
• Develop and conduct technical presentations for existing and prospective users.
• Create learning content in the form of written documentation, videos, and webinars.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
