We are seeking an experienced technical consultant with a civil engineering background to support technical document and collaboration management systems and related software modules in a CDE/EDMS environment.
Requirements
- Lead adoption of CDE and Bentley Civil solutions within major accounts, engaging with users across business functions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CDE/EDMS and Civil software, staying current with updates and patches.
- Maintain data sources, standards, and work processes, developing procedures that support collaborative design workflows.
- Deliver key-user and administrator training, including over-the-shoulder coaching.
- Lead workshops to gather and document business and functional requirements, designing technical solutions and configurations.
- Define and communicate customer configuration and enhancement needs to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure including Windows servers, fileservers, database servers, web/cloud services, networks, and Civil solution components.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customer representatives, representing Bentley professionally.
- Report project progress, proactively resolve issues, and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Take ownership of end-to-end solution design to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Work independently on major projects while coordinating other consultants as required.
- Manage relationships with diverse teams, technical experts, and senior management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
