Job Description
Berkadia is seeking a VP of Capital Markets to partner with third-party lenders, such as Banks, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Insurance Companies, to optimize their short-term lending relationships. The role focuses on improving data sharing and collaboration, increasing market analytics, and strengthening relationships with private market lenders. This position will be a vital partner to the Head of Capital Markets and the Mortgage Banking Network.
