Job Description
Berkadia is seeking a VP of Capital Markets to nurture the Mortgage Banking Network’s relationships with third-party lenders and to improve internal processes related to the sharing of market data for Mortgages Bankers (MBs). The role will partner with third-party lending relationships, communicate market updates, and drive network collaboration to maximize transaction outcomes. It will also involve data analysis and strategic initiatives to strengthen Berkadia’s partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate finance
- Established relationships with diverse capital providers
- Expertise in structuring and arranging capital from institutional and high-net-worth investors
- Capital market transaction experience
