Job Description
Berkadia is seeking a VP of Capital Markets to nurture its relationship with third-party lenders, such as Banks, CMBS, and Insurance Companies, and providing loans to borrowers. The role involves managing data, analyzing market trends, and supporting private market relationships with the Mortgage Banking Network. The VP will be a liaison between Berkadia and internal teams and external market participants, improving process efficiency and providing market insights to the network.
Requirements
- Partner closely with third party lending relationships.
