Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in business administration, media studies, or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in project management/business development or consulting in the fields of growth projects, online/digital products, advertising products, retail media, and/or e-commerce
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management, innovative agile methods of product development, and the design and construction of business plans
• Affinity for new technologies
• High flexibility, high self-initiative, and high implementation strength
• Entrepreneurial thinking paired with innovation and creativity
• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
• Well-developed team and communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
