Job Description
BESIX Group is a leading multidisciplinary Belgian group, active in the construction, real estate development and concession sector. We are looking for a Site Manager - Civil Engineering to join our team in Ghent, Belgium.
Requirements
- Project management on a daily basis
- Monitoring of work activities in accordance with the established work plan, both in terms of time, money, and quality
- Execution of the safety policy during the realization
- Preparation of deviation forms in case of deviations in execution and in the work plan
- Monitoring and coordination of activities of third parties if mentioned in the work plan
- Signaling of bottlenecks in the planning of other disciplines
- Organizing Lean meetings to come to an efficient integral planning
- Compliance with and monitoring of VCA and ISO standards
- Follow-up of suppliers and your own teams under your responsibility closely
