Job Description

The company is looking for a Werfleider - Civil Works - Region Gent to manage the daily execution of projects, ensure adherence to work plans, and implement safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor/master diploma or equivalent by experience in complex infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
- Proven skills in leading, interpersonal communication and change management
- Fluency in Dutch and English, and/or French
- Good technical background and MS Office skills
