Human Resources Director (55232)

Founded in 1984, Best Formulations LLC is a diversified nutraceutical and personal care company seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the effective delivery of all Human Resources programs, processes, and services across the region. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience and demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and policy governance.

Requirements

• Ten (10)+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience managing HRBPs or HR teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and policy governance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to scale processes, build teams, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
