Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to serve as a Title Examiner for Best Homes Title Agency and BHT Commercial Title & Escrow Services.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of title insurance industry experience.
- Extensive background in examining Michigan properties.
- Multi-state experience is a bonus.
- Ability to search and examine titles of moderate to advanced complexity.
- Proficiency in mapping unplatted land.
- Knowledge of technology including common business software platforms and common title and escrow software systems used by the title insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
