Title Examiner

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to serve as a Title Examiner for Best Homes Title Agency and BHT Commercial Title & Escrow Services.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of title insurance industry experience
• Extensive background in examining Michigan properties
• Ability to search and examine titles of moderate to advanced complexity
• Proficiency in mapping unplatted land
• Knowledge of common business software platforms and title and escrow software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
