Job Description
BETA Technologies is seeking a Composites Design Engineer to design airframe structural primary and secondary composite parts, focusing on collaboration with tooling and fabricators. The role supports the development of 3D models for composite structures and contributes to improving manufacturing processes. The company values innovation and sustainability in electric aviation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with a strong design focus.
- 5+ years of composites design experience (preferably in the aerospace industry).
- Mastery of 3D CAD software (3DExperience or CATIA/ENOVIA preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with self-stiffened skins, frame construction, and sandwich skin/frame design (an asset).
