Job Description
BETA Technologies is revolutionizing electric aviation with its eVTOL and eCTOL products. They are seeking a Manufacturing Automation Engineer to develop automated tooling, equipment, and processes. The role involves designing, building, and validating automated manufacturing systems, utilizing CAD software and industrial vision systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in an automation engineering role
- Strong background in machine control systems (PLCs, servo controls, Variable Speed Drives)
- Experience incorporating industrial vision systems
- Experience with creating technical specifications, statements of work, and requests for quotes
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Catia)
- Comfortable working and troubleshooting High Voltage electrical systems
