Job Description
BETA Technologies is revolutionizing electric aviation with a focus on sustainability and innovation. They are seeking a Senior Composites Design Engineer to contribute to the design and development of primary and secondary composite airframe structures, from initial layout to production support. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, tooling definition, and ensuring design integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in composite structural design
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (3DExperience or CATIA/ENOVIA preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of composite and hybrid composite-metallic structures and associated testing
