Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to drive and implement the people strategy in close collaboration with business leaders, supporting team growth, improving HR processes, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar roles in mid-size or large organizations.
- Experience working closely with business leaders and supporting them on people and organizational topics.
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of core HR areas, including employee relations, performance, talent, and retention.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English, written and spoken.
