BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders and drive organizational success. The role involves influencing and implementing HR strategy, providing critical guidance to managers, and delivering impactful strategies to elevate an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Serve as a key partner to business leaders
• Implement Human Resource (HR) strategies
• Provide day-to-day support for employee relations issues
• Use data and analytics to provide actionable insights
• Manage multiple HR priorities and projects
• Address employee relations matters and proactively mitigate risks
• Maintain strong partnerships with leaders and cross-functional teams
• Partner with HR and business leadership to develop effective workforce plans/strategies
• Act as a change agent, supporting reorganization efforts
• Guide and coach management in the delivery of compensation programs
• Collaborate with other HR partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs)
• Proactively engage in process improvement and operational efficiency
• Champion inclusion initiatives and facilitate interpersonal understanding
