Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience at a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel for a multinational company
- Strong track record in providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance to international organisations
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and closure of complex commercial transactions
- Understanding of legal and compliance risk management within regulated industries
- Proactive, decisive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English – written and spoken
- LL.M. in Commercial or Corporate Law
- Experience in IT, E-Commerce, or Online Gaming industries
- Additional language skills (Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus
