Director of Corporate Development - Europe

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director, Corporate Development to lead initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and long-term value creation at Fortifi Food Processing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business strategy, and deal execution, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading M&A transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to network and form strong relationships within the food solutions industry
• Experience with post-merger integration and synergy realization.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in deal structuring.
• Experience working with industrials and/or manufacturing companies
