Clinical Office Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Clinical Office Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) responsible for overseeing clinic performance, managing a team of clinic staff, and providing extraordinary customer service to patients and other team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of Medical Assisting experience, a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, and a commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of Medical Assisting experience, preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• CPR Certified preferred
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical coding
• Knowledge of HIPAA
• Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and Biohazard guidelines
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
