Clinical Office Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Our purpose is Better Health. We're looking for a Clinical Office Manager who can provide 5-star service and assist physicians in managing daily office operations and treating geriatric patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic performance, managing staff, and ensuring patient quality of care.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of Medical Assisting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• CPR Certified preferred
• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical coding
• Knowledge of HIPAA
• Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and Biohazard guidelines
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field, Medical Assistant Certified, Prior medical assisting experience
