Job Description
VIPcare is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support, administrative tasks, and patient care. This role is a safety-sensitive position, requiring direct patient interaction and maintaining a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve better health and contribute to a team-oriented, results-oriented environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- CPR Certification, preferred
- IV Start Certification, preferred
- IV Start Certification, preferred
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding, preferred
- Knowledge of HIPPA, preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Google Suite proficiency
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
