Executive Director for Central Florida

Better Together is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Better Families program in the Central Florida region, which includes Hardee, Highlands, Orange, Osceola, Polk, and Seminole counties. The role involves hiring and supporting staff, growing the program, cultivating donors, and engaging with community partners. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong track record in child welfare and a commitment to providing support to vulnerable families.

Requirements
