Arzt (m/w/d) in leitender Funktion

We are looking for a motivated physician to join our medical team in Cologne. The role involves caring for patients, taking over medical triage, and developing leadership skills. You will work closely with our research team to identify suitable service providers for patients and contribute to ensuring personalized, high-quality medical care.

Requirements

• Completed medical studies, preferably with specialist training or equivalent master's degree in public/global health or health care management
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinic or practice
• Interest and motivation to take over leadership responsibility
• First leadership experiences desirable
• Enjoy telephoning (for patient anamnestic interviews)
• Interest in improving healthcare quality
• Self-initiative & implementation strength
• Internet affinity & safe handling of Microsoft Office
