We are looking for a motivated colleague with a medical background to strengthen and develop our Patient Care Team. You will be the first point of contact for patients at BetterDoc, answer incoming calls, and create a digital patient profile. You will support the scheduling of appointments with patients and clinics, and inform patients about treatment success and next steps.
Requirements
- Completed training as a medical office assistant, nurse, or similar training or experience
- Experience in phone-based patient/customer contact or in a call center
- Outstanding communication skills and high patient orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Engagement and teamwork
- Experienced touch typing with computer keyboards (10-finger system an advantage)
- Secure German language skills in word and writing, ideally supplemented by secure Italian and/or French language skills
