Kundenberater (m/w/d) Outbound Vertrieb B2C im Bereich Digital Health

We are looking for a customer advisor with a passion for sales and no hesitation in seeking out patients for our health service through phone calls. You will be responsible for convincing and activating pre-selected patients through outbound calls and advising them around our attractive and free health service.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone customer service, with a focus on sales and/or outbound telemarketing
• Experience in the healthcare sector is desired but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
• High customer/service orientation, trust-building through honest appearance
• Independent and structured work style
• Secure knowledge of German in writing and speaking
• Ideally, very good French and/or Italian language skills
