Job Description
Beyond Finance is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Americans escape debt through compassionate financial solutions. They are looking for Bilingual Client Retention Specialists to educate clients about their financial hardship programs and assist them in navigating the program to become debt-free. The role involves direct client interaction, de-escalating difficult situations, and ensuring client retention within the financial hardship program.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
- Proficiency with a Client Relationship Management system (CRM) (required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
