Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Bilingual Interior Designer to contribute to the planning of optimal space usage and occupancy options. The role involves developing design concepts considering cost, budget, environmental factors, and structural impact, ensuring timely project implementation and client satisfaction. This position works with internal teams and external consultants to implement design plans. They work with CAD software and client communication.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
- 5-8 years of job-related experience
- Interior design and documentation expertise
- Awareness of building issues and safety codes
- Software proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD, CAFM
- Understanding of cost estimating, project specification writing
- Effective client service skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
