Job Description
To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems, including routine PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all M&E systems within the site.
Requirements
- Relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems
- Ability to fault find using graphical information and current alarm data
- Proactive approach to highlighting areas where improvements can be made
- Experience with Permit to Work System and Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to supervise and monitor sub-contractors' works
- Awareness of contractual KPI's/SLA's
- Proficiency in Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g. Maximo
