Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to ensure the operation and maintenance of client facilities efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves managing customer relationships, finances, and maintaining compliance with company and legislative standards, acting as the primary point of contact for both the client and the building's tenants. The FM III will also manage a portfolio of properties across Canada.
Requirements
- Five to ten years’ experience in a property/facility management environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Self-starter, willing to learn, able to work independently.
- Five to ten years’ experience in a property/facility management environment.
