Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to ensure client facilities are operated and maintained effectively and safely, adhering to the company's standards and managing a portfolio of properties across Canada. This role focuses on customer service, financial control, operational performance, and ensuring building integrity. The FM III will be a key point of contact for both the client and the tenants, managing relationships and providing proactive support.

- Certified Facility Manager through IFMA
- Certified Property Manager through BOMI
- Facility Management Administrator Designation through BOMI
