Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to ensure regular plant maintenance, reactive tasks, and compliance with site schedules and asset lists. The role involves supervising subcontractors, operating a Permit to Work System, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to both BGIS's values and the client's success.
Requirements
- Ensure routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical & Electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists.
- Ensure reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and proactive in highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure sub-contractors perform to contract requirements and operate a Permit to Work System.
- Supervise and monitor sub-contractor works whilst they are on site.
- Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
- Enforce compliance to contractual KPI’s/SLA’s.
- Ensure Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g. Maximo is kept up to date and PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data.
