Job Description
The Shift Engineer will be responsible for ensuring routine PPM is carried out, reactive tasks are completed, and sub-contractors perform to meet contract requirements. They will also operate a Permit to Work System, maintain plant in serviceable order, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
- Ensure routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical & Electrical plant
- Complete reactive tasks and highlight areas for improvement
- Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation
- Operate a Permit to Work System
- Maintain plant in serviceable order
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment
- Develop a good working relationship with BGIS staff, subcontractors, and client representatives
