Job Description
The Lease Administrator at BGIS is responsible for the abstracting of lease agreements, entering and maintaining lease data, and processing monthly rent payments. The role involves ensuring lease compliance, data integrity, and supporting various landlord/tenant relationships and managing leases in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a temporary role within a larger environment.
