Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Senior Manager, Lease Administration to lead and motivate the team responsible for managing BGIS property and lease database nationally. This role involves managing property assets, ensuring data accuracy, and overseeing tenant payment, while also contributing to building oversight. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and supports the integration of legal requirements with operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong capability of leading teams of staff
- University graduation or professional certification
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- High level of integrity
