Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support clients by coordinating maintenance projects, workspace changes, and office services. The role involves client issue resolution, budget management, vendor management, and documentation of project activities. It's a key role in ensuring efficient building operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school completion
- 1-3 years of experience in facility management, churn management, or facility infrastructure (sector specific)
- Good client management/customer service skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of project delivery and tender processes
- General knowledge of commercial building systems
- Strong organizational, coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CAD (asset)
- Proficiency with MS Office and email software
