Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support clients by coordinating maintenance projects, workspace changes, and other small-scale work. The role involves resolving tenant issues, assembling scope and specifications for projects, and monitoring contractor performance. The coordinator will be responsible for administrative support, financial administration, and project execution.
Requirements
- Receive, process and validate service requests.
- Coordinate BGIS and subcontracted forces.
