Job Description
BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm seeking a Financial Analyst to support their acquisition and finance teams. The role involves financial analysis, market research, and maintaining an acquisition pipeline, requiring strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach. The position operates remotely from the Philippines with US Pacific Standard Time business hours.
Requirements
- Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and seller materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support real estate investment decisions.
- Prepare high-quality slide decks.
- Perform market-level due diligence, including sale comps and lease comps.
- Organize and maintain an acquisitions pipeline.
- Perform administrative support to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
