Job Description
Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment advisor, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support an investment real estate broker team in Oak Brook, IL. The role involves underwriting and analytical support in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and attention to detail. Commercial real estate experience is a plus, as is strong analytical and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Complete complex financial modeling, pro-formas, and other analysis in Excel.
- Assist in preparation of commercial real estate sales proposals.
- Organize and review income statements, rent rolls, and lease documents for property valuation.
- Prepare financial or executive summaries for all active listings.
- Organize and present operating statement analysis.
