Job Description
The Berlin Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated Private Events Sales Manager to acquire, sell, and organize attractive events for high-end clients. The role is cross-functional, involving customer relationship management, strategic sales development, offer management, and event design. The position reports to the Director of Private Events Sales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the event or sales area in Berlin
- Fluent German language, very good English proficiency is desirable
- Empathetic communication and consulting skills, capable of dealing with VIP customers skillfully
- Creativity, organizational talent and a high quality focus
- Proactive, independently motivated and problem-solving oriented working style
