Job Description
The Office Administrator will oversee the office's administrative functions, including facilities upkeep, utilities, and office supplies. Responsibilities include managing office access, processing expenses, maintaining records, and supporting company events. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft 365 and Jira.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (a plus).
