Job Description
Big Health is a remote-first company that is seeking a Clinical Implementation Lead to drive revenue growth and patient impact by ensuring that health systems, provider groups, and other healthcare organizations are actively engaged with, understand, and have a smooth experience supporting their patients to use Big Health’s FDA-cleared treatments. The ideal candidate will have a blend of clinical, implementation science, and commercial acumen.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Implementation, customer success, or related roles in healthcare settings
- Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health or a related field
- Former or currently licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider preferred
- Strong understanding of, and experience applying, implementation science principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
