Head of Clinical Content

This role is key to ensuring the organization's programming is evidence-based, clinically sound, and delivers measurable impact on client outcomes. The Head of Clinical Content will collaborate with various teams to shape a consistent, compelling voice for Charlie Health while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. They will also focus on continuous improvement, data analysis, and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content, curriculum, product marketing, or program design
• Proven ability to design and scale compelling, audience-focused experiences with measurable outcomes
• Strong operational and analytical orientation
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Exceptional communication, writing, and design sensibilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop voice and tone guidelines
