Job Description
BPI ROB, a technical service provider in the process industry, is seeking a skilled Master Craftsman to execute tasks and projects according to quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role involves preparing, planning, organizing, and controlling work execution, coordinating with other departments, and providing regular reports to the chef. The position requires awareness of service-oriented software and basic welding knowledge.
Requirements
- Awareness of service-oriented software packages (Word, Excel, Navision)
- Basic knowledge of welding procedures
- Ability to stimulate and motivate personnel
- In-depth knowledge of area of expertise through specialized experience
- Support and motivation around task calculation
- Directing different groups/brigadaires
- Proficiency in welding
