Job Description
Bilfinger ROB is seeking a MEISTERGAST to execute tasks within a project or part of a task, adhering to quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role involves preparation, planning, execution, reporting, and team coordination with various disciplines. The candidate will directly manage groups led by brigadiers, organize work accommodation, and report progress.
Requirements
- Awareness of enterprise-integrated software (Word, Excel, Navision)
- Basic welding knowledge
- Technical experience, considering people's motivation
- Substantial knowledge of technical field
- Support and motivation for calculation of tasks
- Directing of groups and coordinating brigadiers
- Control of work and delivery of materials
- Reporting to the work leader/project leader
- Organization of work accommodation/workshop
- VOL VCA, Flensmonteur, laying down loads and Hoogewerker certifications
