Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in the UK, US, or other common law jurisdiction.
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm.
- Strong team player with good business sense.
- Reorganisation experience is essential.
- Strong legal technical expertise.
- Exceptional business acumen.
- Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills.
