Binance is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise senior leaders across commercial, marketing, and IP teams. Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in the UK, US, or another common law jurisdiction
- 10+ years post-qualification experience
- Significant in-house experience at a leading technology, fintech, or fast-paced global company
- Proven track record of leading and negotiating complex commercial transactions
- Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and developing legal teams
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to provide solution-oriented legal advice
