Job Area
We are continuously looking for staff to create environmental planning documents for the offshore area of the North and Baltic Seas. We welcome spontaneous applications.
Responsibilities
- Creation of environmental planning documents for the offshore area of the North and Baltic Seas (EIA report, LBP, species protection report, FFH suitability assessment, biotope conservation law assessment, specialist report MSRL and WRRL) within the framework of land-use planning or permit procedures at sea
- Environmental expert opinions on various issues in the offshore area, as well as ecological project/conducting project procedure
- Regular attendance of consultation meetings with clients and competent authorities
- Checking expert reports from third parties, including quality assurance
- Presentation of results and expert opinions to the public
We Expect From You
- Completed studies in the field of landscape and environmental planning, land conservation, geography, biology (or comparable courses)
- Professional experience in landscape planning/environmental planning (or comparable)
- Willingness to regularly travel on duty and occasional use by customers, e.g. in Berlin
- In-depth knowledge of MS-Office programs
- Goal-oriented and independent work as well as a secure appearance before authorities and customers
- Contact and team ability, creativity
