Director of Ecommerce - BioLite

BioLite is hiring a Director of Ecommerce to lead profitable growth across our digital channels, with a major focus on Amazon and Shopify DTC. You'll own performance end-to-end, build clear insights from data, and partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ecommerce experience with 3+ years performance in a senior role
• Deep, hands-on experience with Amazon 1P and 3P (Vendor Central + Seller Central)
• Strong experience with Amazon Ads and managing agencies/partners
• Deep, hands-on experience operating a Shopify storefront (merchandising, promos, CRO, and performance tracking)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (modeling, forecasting, analysis)
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to turn data into clear priorities and actions
• Practical, ongoing use of AI tools to improve speed and quality of execution
• GA4, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, heatmaps, attribution, and journey analysis
• Consumer goods experience across varied price points and product launches
• Experience building operating rhythms and structure in a growth-stage environment
